was it because you understood all the religion and decide to choose the most logical one?

was it because you were born into it and it is most familiar to you?

Let me know thanks!

i was born into my buddisim.but i study other religion because i want
to know what are diffrence between them. But I strongly believe that BUDDHISM is the best religion. I say like this not due to being Buddhist. Among all religion in the world, BUDDHISM is the most scientifically right. Our BUDDHA saw that all matters are composed of nuclear atom ,last 2500 years ago. BUDDHA can also even divide electron into four pieces. So, i m not talking to believe Buddhism. I only show that BUDDHISM is always modern and peaceful and noble. You need try to know abt other religion , no matter what ur religion is. The most important is to get a peaceful life and spend time benefically.

Well I was born into an Atheist family. Or... Sort of. My parents never really spoke much about religion one way or another. I believe my Dad is Atheistic, but as far as I know my Mom is agnostic. But whatever their thoughts on God, I do know neither of them supported organized religion.
As for myself, I lacked a title whatsoever for quite a while. I contemplated religious matters quite often and I had an idea of what I believed to be true, so I wasn't agnostic, and at the same time I did believe in some sort of devinity, though I refused to acknowlage this devinity as an anthropomorphic being, so I didn't quite peg myself as an Atheist either.
Recently I've come across a book entitled The Satanic Bible (please keep your misinformd opinions to yourselfs) and I found that a great deal of the theory was incredibly siilar to my own. And so I've adopted the title. I am a Satanist.
Ave Satanas!

In truth, I chose my religion because they reached out to me. After having studied religion for more than ten years, I am secure in the knowledge that the Bible teaches peace, paths to success, and self sacrifice. By comparison, the Qu'ran teaches open hostility to non-believers, Confucians teach wisdom and morality but not purpose.

What keeps me in my religion is not the teachings of the Bible although they hold true, but the relationship I have with my Creator. I am at peace with God not because of my work to clean up and be good enough for God, but because God made provision for me so that I could be made clean and guided into right living.

I chose not to have one when I discovered that all the ones I looked at were flawed. Moreover, EVERY religion is flawed, for each relies on propositions that must be assumed on faith and cannot be tested. It is provable that such propositions are useless, because they can predict nothing. So, I ignore them all, and do neat things with science.

I grew up in a Baptist family and first said that I would be Catholic when I was 7 years old. I didn't actually join the Catholic Church until I was 33. The in-between years were spent doubting God and then trying different churches and learning what they believed.

no i wasn't born into it and I chose it cuz stuff happened to me it was just crazy lol, man big things, and it shouldn't be about religion cuz that's a practise, it should be about having a relationship with God, like in similar way you have a relationship with your friends or family. for me he's looked at like this friend, father, king, teacher counselor etc
