I have a rectangle shaped room. When you open the door there is room for the bed against one wall, then at the other end of the rectangle is the closet (has three sliding doors). Along the sides of this "rectangle" room I have the dressers lined up (to give you an idea of what this room looks like). Doesn't leave much room for the computer desk, or dressers. Right now I have two dressers and 2 nightstands, a full length mirror-freestanding and of course the computer desk....How can I utilize all this cluttered space? The closet is stuffed, no room to put furniture in. Any ideas?

Under the bed. There are storage containers specifically for under the bed storage. And get the computer OUT of the bedroom. That's one of the first rules of not ruining the romance in the bedroom!

It sounds cluttered, all right... If you have a lower ceiling, I would recommend you keep it a lighter color than the walls. Paint does wonders. Pick a light neutral shade: a light cream that is not too brown or yellow. It will be cheerful yet both parties will enjoy it.
I would get rid of the freestanding mirror and put one on the wall with an interesting frame- simple yet with style. I might raise the bed up to put storage under the bed that slide easily on the floor. Keep the palatte light and minimize the various colors you have going. Perhaps behind the headboard hang some colored sheer fabric perhaps with a medium sized print to add height to the room (draws the eyes up the wall). Keep the dressers low and uncluttered with stuff. It will make the room look bigger. The desk is a tough one. You didn't give dimensions, so I will just have to say for a general rule: have one use per room. Move the computer somewhere else or get a bigger place, or make a loft for your bed and put the desk and dressers beneath (college trick). Good luck.

aside from under the bed, have you thought about shelves and condensing the things furniture. from the sound of it you have too much furniture and not enough room. If you really want more space, invest in a large wardrobe, that should replace the two dressers and the if you have the time and money invest in a flat panel television and hang it on the wall, that way you could hide the desktop computer base and use the flat panel for dual function, both the television and computer.

If these ideas are too expensive i would seriously upgrading to a larger area

Did you ever try putting wheels on old chest or dresser drawers and sliding them under your bed. With the right size drawers you can utilize both sides under your bed plus the foot. You can get a lot of things into these drawers. You can find the wheels with casters at home improvement centers.

Tell your sweetheart to make you some shelves, make sure they are real stong, then you can store stuff on them and be "soothing and romantic" on them as well!
