he is playing mid games with you, he is still in love with you, if he wasn't he would not call you or still have your number, soumds to me like he is immature, and telling you he and his new girl are happy is him just trying to make you jealous and want him back

I quite agree with you as to the point there is some confustion over his actions, im thinking that perhaps although the pair of u have split he still have feeling, or issues that are unresolved and he is not quite sure of how to deal with those issues. Either way thats not ur problem anymore he is an ex and in the past, and thats where he shud stay, If u want my advice ? change ur numbers let him see that u have moved on and have nothing to say to him. Only then will the argumetns and hte back biting stop. good luck to you

I'm sure your ex-boyfriend isn't making sense even to himself! Obviously he is very immature and insecure of his decision making abilities. It seems that he still has some feelings for you, but he really doesn't want them anymore! Hate is a very hard word, and in any relationship that word spells the "kiss of death"! Although his actions may be amusing you, it is not healthy for either one of you to continue to play this game. Let him go, move along with your life, and let him do the same! Explain to him that you think it would be best if he doesn't call you anymore...and you should really mean it! If you do this, it will enable you to allow yourself to welcome a new and hopefully mutually beneficial relationship into your life! Good Luck!

it sounds to me like you broke his heart. the new gf is a ploy to try to make you jealous, and he calls you because he cannot help himself.
I've done the same thing. Even talked to myself as I was dialing..."..what are you doing? WHY on earth are you calling her? Just put the phone down dude, she does NOT want to hear from you..."
It's a pitiful time, I know. But sometimes these things take some getting used to...

He could still care for you, but no matter what...Get away from him, if nothing else it's a waste of your time, and if he thinks you still care by answering the phone even now and then, he'll probably continue with the same behavoir as long as he continues to get a reaction from you.

That is odd. Who knows why. Maybe he wants to make you jealous or see if you are interested in him still. He seems a little weird and immature, so I would just ignore the guy.

Guys are like this. He probably doesn't want you to get over him. He sounds very immature. Find yourself some other guy :]
Who cares if he won't like it. He will eventually leave you alone if you stop trying to contact him. I know it's hard but it is definetly for the best and you will find that out eventually! :]

He is probably calling you when he gets drunk or lonely.
Guys drunk dial all the time. they will get drunk and decide to call up their EX for the hell of it. or they will be lonely and depressed and call up and EX just to talk.
