He cheated on her, and now has a new girlfriend. He keeps calling her and going to her house to tell her how mean I am, and that he has feelings for her. I just broke up with her because I knew they were talking and that she would only talk to him if she had feelings for him too.. SHE WAS CHEATED ON..., what girl would still talk to a guy that cheated on her unless she still had feelings. I really feel mad because her and I never got a fair chance. Should I feel upset we broke up, or say screw it because she's confused. I told her that I won't date her if she's confused and talks to him, because they can't be friends, and he won't be good for our relationship. WHAT DO I DO???

Not wrong but probably not smart especially if you already feel that she is more interested in him than you.

Didn't we already cover this?

IT IS WRONG!! Not even necessarily morally wrong. Just wrong for you and everyone else involved. Why? It's tempting bad fate. It's asking for problems. You could lose a friend and the girl together.

There are millions of women in the world and this is the best you can come up with?

Another word of advice... DO NOT get involved with anyone that just came out of a relationship. The chances are MUCH higher that they will not be over the last person and you will just be the band aid to make them feel better until they get their head straight. It's called a REBOUND. You know where band aids go when they're done being used? In the garbage!

Look for a girl that has been single for a while and has never dated any of your friends. That is you best chance.

Do what you want but I guarantee you that if you don't listen to me you will just learn the hard way. Remember this when you do.

I honestly think that you should hold off on anything with her until she could get over your friend mainly because, you're right, as long as she's like that, you guys will never get a fair chance.

Just do what your instincts tell you to do.
I met my husband because I used to go out with his best friend! My now husband approaced his friend and told him he was going to ask me out, if he had said no he would have still asked me anyway. We have been married now for 36 years and my husband is still best friends with his buddy :-)

Sounds like both of them are a bit selfish and non-committal. I'd find someone who's better than both of them to hang out with.

It is not wrong but it will be awkward.
