Don't worry about it too much, man. Typically you'll tack on another inch or so just from being with an actual girl instead of, say, your right hand. And the average guy is smaller than most guys think he is, and most women don't care as much as most people seem to think they do.

I have say your question is somewhat unique to say the least. If this is really the situation, it does not affect your ability to reproduce and that is why you have it in the first place. So that should be of some comfort. As for the pleasurable side, you'll learn other ways to make it enjoyable for both of you.
