If by "help" you mean convert then no. I am a Pagan and I would not appreciate you trying to convert me. Why do to me what I wouldn't do to you?
If you mean help like helping with groceries then sure why not. I could use some help cleaning my room. ;)

We already do. Who do you think started most of the hospitals in the world? Who runs the homeless shelters, the soup kitchens, the food banks? Who goes to third world countries to set up schools, medical centers and food distribution centers? Who are the ones who take in those whom society has thrown away?

yes, definitely. jesus himself told us to help our neighbor. if we can remember the parable of the good samaritan, the jew helped the samaritan in a very humane way althought samaritans are forsaken by the jews because of paganism. so definitely, we christians should.

As a pagan, who reads the stories of history. I don't want to be helped in any way that would lead to my burning death that subsequently releases my soul from the trappings of a corrupted body. Thanks for the thought, but if I get helped that way, I'd make sure to bring back the lions.
However if you want to help me by money in my direction or fixing my car or even paying my way thru college...I won't turn that down. Please donate what you will to the help _illyanna fund.

What type of help are you talking about?
Help in understanding that there is a God in heaven who gave His son to die on a cross for our sins, or help in crossing the street?
The main thing we need to remember is to speak the truth in love.

No, thank you. I used to be Christian, until I started thinking for myself and discovered that Christianity isn't the path for me.
If you get to "help" the pagans, we get to "help" you. With lions.
