Yes, plenty... but not in use anymore. Landing on building rooftops has been banned for quite awhile and especially since 9/11. Flying into NYC will allow you to land on the 34th St. helipad either on the East of West side.

In response to the above response stating that it is not possible to land on a roof in NYC, I believe it is still possible to land on a hospital roof via medevac helicopter with medical necessity and prior authorization. I would expect a military escort with guns aimed at you but you would not be in any condition to notice.
