unless you ended up feeling really strange after all of that. After eating all that sugar you might feel bad after 3 or 4 hours.

Your diet today does not necessarily mean that you are 'getting diabetes'...although i thank you for 'outlining your menu' for others...I would suggest you go and sit with your dr. for 3-4 hours to work out a new menu...

why would what you eat make you think you are getting diabetes???
the food doesn't cause it...its how you body responds to the food that causes it...if it doesn't break down the sugars correctly then you are diabetic

Sufficient quantities of Proteins, Carbs & LOW Fats...and just enough calories...

if you eat that way all the time. If you pee a lot, can't sleep after eating sugars, and are thirsty all the time, you might be. my dad is...i'd cut back on the sugar and try to eat healthier stuff before you do get it....good luck!

this is definitely quite unhealthy diet, maintain a normal weight and a healthy diet. these things can also promote obeisty, high cholesterol and heart disease as well as risk of hypertension, stroke and peripheral vascular disease amongst lots of others, good luck
