its a tiny monoicliciteitosois aka ear magot that has borrowed it self in your ear and begins its strive to lay eggs next to your brain to use it as a food source usually this happens in rodents because their sculls are thinner so the ear magot makes its journey fortunatly for you though you skulls too thick so it will die before it gets there.it should be gon on 2-3 weeks. JK i just made all this up. a joke at your expense. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA,

Do you think it might be a pimple? I get them in my ear sometimes and yes, they're very very painful. I usually just start applying alcohol on a Q-tip swab. Apply 2-3 times per day. Hopefully this will help it to dry up.
