I know we're all excited about the 19th, but do you think it might be a form of heresy to talk like a pirate in advance of the official day?

The FSM is a benevolent benefactor to us all. In His great mercy and wisdom, surely He would be pleased with our excitement and see this as a tribute to His might and influence.

No, The FSM would be thrilled at our excitement in this a very holy day. Pirates being His Chosen People, I think the FSM would love for us to talk like pirates everyday so as to feel a kinship with our ancestors, The Pirates.

not if you are just "practicing" for the actual event.
you can use 'rehersal' as the excuse to be absolved of any potential sin.
