15 and 19 is really not that much of an age difference. She's a teenage girl and she will fall in and out of love many many more times before she's 20. Dating and getting hurt is how we all learned what we want out of a relationship. It's the natural process of growing up.
My one question is, would you be so concerned if this person was a boy??

Since your niece is under age and the other girl is an adult, it could be considered statutory rape or child abuse. She is a child and you are the adult. The fact that she might get mad has nothing to do with it. She is not old enough to be making these choices. Where is her mother? Someone has to step in and act like a grown up.

There is no choice, you've got to stop that now because seriously, that "girlfriend" is gonna leave that poor niece of yours at some point and you're not gonna like it.

But on the other hand....their connections is so strong, they could start out with....I don't know.
My head could blow up with this I will stop now.

Even though the age is not a good thing...at least you don't have to worry about unwanted pregnancy!

Keep an eye on her and talk calmly with her about your concerns and then let her alone. She has to learn on her own.

thats sounds good. but I think you should let her learn by herself . then she will learn the lesson that says those who BLA BLA BLA are doomed to repeat it.
