Grilled, without a doubt. For sides: roasted potatoes (EVOO, salt, pepper, fresh rosemary) and grilled asparagus. The best.

Here's a really simple recipe. Place the pork chops in a baking dish that has high sides. Season with salt and pepper. Put a slice of onion on each chop. Pour about 1 1/2 tablespoons of ketchup over the onion and top with about a teaspoon of brown sugar. Place in oven at 375 degrees F and bake until bubbly and done. Really simple but tastes like you worked hard!

First wash the pork chops and dry them with a paper towel. Then, mix together on a plate, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, one tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pinch of pepper, and dash of paprika, and a handful of flour.
In a small bowl beat one egg.
Take the pork chops, and one at a tiime, dip the meat into the beaten egg then into the bread crumb mixture on each side, and set aside.
While you are doing this, heat on medium heat, your frying pan with 1/4 inch thickness of olive oil or vegetable oil. The oil is hot enough when a drop of water sizzles in the oil.
Place the breaded pork chops in the frying pan and fry until golden brown, turning once.
REmove from heat and serve.
These pork chops can be served with rice (plain or seasoned) or potatoes (cut up and baked with rosemary and other seasonings; mashed or boiled) and a vegetable such as broccoli, peas, green beans or asparagus, and applesauce.
You can serve this with a tossed salad either before or after the main course and with a dry white wine if desired.

Go to the store and find one of those "Bag and Season" type envelopes; located in the gravy mix's aisle. They make one for Pork Chops. Put the chop in the cooking bag; add the seasonings that comes with it. Bake them in the oven. It makes a tender and tasty pork chop. Make whatever you want for a side. Some kind of potatoe and veggie.

I like to buy the thin cut pork chops. Salt and pepper then dip them in milk and seasoned bread crumbs then fry. As a side, garlic mashed potatoes are good or macaroni and cheese then add your favorite vegetable With fried pork chops I always like young sweet peas.

Salt , pepper and a sprinkle of your favorite seasoning like Lawrys. Dust with flour and brown in the fry pan in some butter with oil. Add sliced onions and some thinly sliced apples. Take the chops out of the pan when they are done to your liking, while onions and apples continue to cook until they are done. Serve with baked yams or mashed potatoes and some green beans. Pour onions and apples over top of the chops, and you will be a happy person. Finish with some frozen yogurt or a nice peach cobbler! Yummy.

I cook chops one of three ways, and I prefer centercut or butterfly chops at least one inch thick
A. I smoke them in the smoker with a pineapple slice on top.
B. Place the chops in a skillet that contains 1/8 inch of water; cover the chops with soy sauce, cover and steam for 10-12 minutes. Uncover turn and coat the other side of the chop with soy. Continue cooking uncovered until water is evaporated and chops begin to brown. Flip once more and brown other side.
Serve the tenderest chops you can cook on the stove.
C. Marinate them in the following:
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sake
2 T. brown sugar
1 T chili sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pinch ginger
Place them on a grill and cook til done.
I serve them all three ways with spiced applesauce and spiced baked potato wedges and any of my favorite veggies.

Put the pork chops in a casserole dish. Mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with a can of milk and pour it over top, then bake at 350 F for about an hour. Serve with boiled potoes and green beans.

I marinaded them in Eclipse Jerk Sauce and tomorrow I will grill them and make Mustard Greens on the side. I'll serve the dish with brown rice.

make a marinade of:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons groun corriander
1 teaspoon ground cummin
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon ground paprika
if ur up 2 it make a apple chutney by cooking a diced appled, finley diced red onion, 1 teaspoon turmeric and a pinch of sugar in a pan with a little water so that it thickens a bit.
butterfly your chops by lying them flat and cutting them horizontally from the edge till u hit the bone(or ask the butcher to butterfly them).
Place the apple chutney on the top of the bone and wrap the meat around and secure with a toothpick. marinate in the oil and spices and the pan fry on a medium heat.
Serve with wild rice and seasonal steamed veges.
A bit more complicated but this is 1 relly good recipe.

a simple Tuscan recipe calls for pan-frying pork chops in sage-butter.
First melt butter then add sage at a low heat. Then cook the pork chops until done.
a quite universal and delicious dish...
