It is the result of raw sewage flooding on to a field growing spinach. So unless you think the terrorist caused a sewage flood in the California's Salinas Valley, I would say no.

i think so, because they scare that we will become popeye which are dangerous for them. so thats why they poisoned a lot of spinach to avoid us become popeye....
