OK first off, the problem is involving one of my friends, so cant talk to her, and my other friend cant elp me im pretty sure, i dont want someone to listen as much as i need answers, and i dont wanna put my problems on Y-A so a psychiatrist or someone good at that stuff seems the only route.

you don't need a psychiatrist, just a good friend..... maybe you need new friends...Have you ever been to a psychiatrist? I have a long time ago. They did nothing to help!! They just added to the problem, I mean perhaps I just didn't find the right one....but really I would find a friend or confidant of some kind to talk to.....
