ummmmmmm he stares at you a lot. Talks to u/while he smiles at you. umm flirts with u. Keep the convo going if hes a talker otherwise gets shy and backs out. smth like that. u'll know when he makes it obvious.

I always stare a lot without realizing it.. why don't you just have your friend ask him?
Just tell your friend to ask him for his phone number.. then have your friend call him and talk to him about you.
