If eating three soda crackers doesn't clear up the pain, call your doctor and ask for professional advice. I can't say that I like the sound of pain in the jaw or left arm, though. Perhaps you should have someone drive you down to the ER and get looked over. Take a book. Nothing causes more anxiety than waiting a long time with nothing to do.

GET HELP NOW! CALL 911
Okay I have acid reflux and this ain't it.
These sound allot like the first signs of a heart attack. Call a nurse hot line and or get your butt to a hospital ASAP.
Heart Attack Warning Signs
Some heart attacks are sudden and intense — the "movie heart attack," where no one doubts what's happening. But most heart attacks start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort. Often people affected aren't sure what's wrong and wait too long before getting help. Here are signs that can mean a heart attack is happening:
*
Chest discomfort. Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
* Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.
* Shortness of breath. May occur with or without chest discomfort.
* Other signs: These may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness
GOD BLESS and Good luck.

Except for the burning farts and aching joints, it sounds like you could be having a heart attack. If this is happening now, see a doctor at once, go to the ER or call 911.

ell, I don't know about these burning farts, but I do have panic disorder and have had it for 4 years now. Whenever I am having a panic attack, I have severe chest pains, tingling, numbness and pain in my left arm, and sometimes it spreads to my neck and jaw, and occasionally my left leg. I was on medication for awhile for this and it took care of these issues, so I recommend talking to your doctor and seeing if you might have panic disorder as well, however it may be something totally different. Good luck!

I don't know if what you have is love but I do know a bit about heartburn, maybe you should try an acid reducer like Prilosec or Zantac that may help the burn. And good luck with love all though you may need a strong prescription for that.

what u are expereincing is called HEART BURN and reffered PAIN:
here is what u can do abt it:very simple traetment:
1)take a cup of super chilled milk and drink it sip by sip and take atleast 5 mins to drink that
2)lie on bed with very light clothes
3)take husk in diet(in warm water)
4)start aerobic exercice(jogging,drinking)
5)avoid anaerobic exercise completely(like weight lifting)
now one more thing is also important, sometimes ANGINA(heart pain)is also misinterpreted as HEART BURN,
so the very simple thing u can do is to get an ECG(EKG) done and have it interpreted with an expert practioner.
this will eventually reveal what u have, and even u will be releived
