Wow, this is a particularly complicated situation because you have a couple of things going against you.

1.) Race. While many people are open to interracial dating, other people are more close-minded, especially in the south. It would be nice if we all lived in a world where color was just color, but it is not happening right now. It's possible that your guy may be into you for you and not see your color or he may not. Or he maybe interested in you but worried about what others would think of him. Not there is anything wrong with dating a person of another color, but his friends and family might find it wrong as may your friends and family. This is a big thing to consider.

2.) This guy works with you. This can be a big problem because if you two become an item, and then break up, things can get very complicated and maybe down right impossible. You could lose friends and possibly your job.

However, if you truly and with all your heart like this guy, then nothing should stop you from telling him. Just ask yourself if it's worth it, and if your answer is yes, I'd say go for it!!

Speaking from experience...don't date someone you work with!

#1 - you'll have to see that person every day at work and outside of work...it could become a little "smothering" for him or you or both.
#2 - if you break up, it will make work awkward.
#3 - most companies have policies against inter-office dating. Unless you plan on looking for a new job, don't do it!

Well honey,,you need to do a little flirting with him and see if he will flirt back. If he does then you can take it another step further and talk to him about a black and white affair. I sure know a lot of fine black gals I would go for is I had the chance.

Hmm..Sticky situation.. Ask him does he think some random famous black women is fine. If he says yes.. Then ask him how does he feel about interracial dating. If he doesn't like it then I guess you'll just have to move on. If he says yes..then ask him what's up between you and him. If he says he's feeling you, then ask him out on the date..and so forth.

Well when a cute black girl comes into work, ask him what he thinks of her. Hopefully it will be positive. Yes racism still exist unfortunately.

white men are different than Black guys... social responsibility not to mention family~ impressions are important to them. if you are curious about white men, hey, throw the *** at him and see if he catches! if so, take it for what its worth. sex. if he was interested in you as his woman, he would have been made his move. i am sure that he may be curious as well...
