I do believe there is some contact with the dead.
However, I also believe that many of these famous "psychics" are merely manipulating people's emotions and situations to get their 15 minutes. I have had expiriences with the dead, and so have several family members and close friends. Some people have a stronger sixth sense than others, but most of the people you hear about in the media are bogus. Those who truly have the gift do not manipulate it and use it for their own gain. Those who are blessed with it know the importance and value, for they have been chosen by the Lord and Lady.

Do you trust Satan? That's the question here - I would try to avoid evil spirits - they do exist. But they tend to hurt people. If you're into the spiritual try talking to God - he'll listen, and it doesn't cost you a dime.
As far as talking to the deceased, I wouldn't do it - though it can be done you have to have faith in order to know who you're dealing with - I've seen demons pose as loved ones before. Just stick with God's plan - the occult will just take your money, and your time, and may hurt you!

As a child I was very sensitive to spirits. I felt them and at times could see them peripherally. Yes I do believe some have this ability but without extensive research I would never say a person definetly was. See if you can find out which psychics the FBI/CIA may use. I doubt if they have many "fakes" in their arsenal of psychics.

I dont trust them, but not for the reasons of falsehoods. There are very real spirits out there that exist for the sole reason of keeping mens eyes off of God. The only answer i can offer you is from a biblical standpoint. Gods word says all the dead are sleeping there spirits are not allowed to contact us. What you hear from are things of an evil nature impersonating our loved ones. It sounds fanatical and far fetched but i know personally people who have had real supernatural encounters, evil and Godly. That realm is real. Be careful how you approach it.

It's not bogus, but there are a lot of bogus people out there. Go to a psychics fair sometime if you're curious, you can find out information from the various types of psychics.

The only way a human being can make contact with the dead is when they too are dead. I believe that visions are real, but those are granted by God and they are private, and not used as a money making scheme.

These people are never chosen by God, they are filled with demonic spirits that do all the adivination, it is never a good idea to have anything to do with them as many of these familiar spirits get adhered, attached to those who search and seek answers from "the other side."

I believe there is a greater force giving them the answers but it is not a force I would like to deal with ...no opening portholes for me thank you
