Unfortunately, many of my Christian brethern do not know what they are believing in. They say that the Pope was "only speaking the truth," when they tend to forget the Crusades, the Spanish Inquisition, and the Holocaust in Nazi Germany, all sanctioned by "Christians" who are perverting the scriptures of the Bible the same way that the Muslims pervert their scriptures when they fly airplanes into buildings.

Until we get over this "My God is better than your God" thing, we're going to just keep killing each other and blowing each other up.

"The emperor comes to speak about the issue of jihad, holy war," the pope said. "He said, I quote, 'Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached.'"

The Pope spoke the truth and should not apologize. The Muslim Jihad demands that all infidels convert or die. Their firebombing of churches after they didn't get an apology only enforces the fact that it's a violent religion.

If stating facts and quoting people is going to "cause more bloodshed and chaos" then so be it. It is not Christians running around blowing themselves up claiming that we'll go to paradise with 72 virgins if we take out a bus-full of Israelis and fly airplanes into buildings in the name of "god."

We know what we believe in. The Q is........do you know what Jesus taught? Im guessing not-since youre on here Christian bashing telling us how we should act based on your misunderstanding of our ways. There is nothing wrong with exposing the truth, even if it dents the pride of evil men. Read the Gospels sweety, Jesus put many O ppl in their places!

Pope said about the misuse of religion by its followers for violence. You need to understand that. Any religion, if its true purpose is lost, it is danger to the rest of the world.

All religions should be banned and abolished...particularly Islam, the religion of intolerance and hate.
