You are wrong to say that "The Koran, like the Bible is full of contradiction".
Please don't compare the divine word of God (The Qur'an) with what the Bible has become throughout the ages.
There are many translations of the Bible. It is very possible that these numerous translations and versions may have caused contradictions as time passed, especially when someone adds their own version of the story to it...
Even though there are many translations of the Qur'an, in many languages, there still exists a base version published in the original language, Arabic.
If only you could read Arabic, you would see that the flow of the fantastic poetry and the way the words are combined into verses, topics and chapters, and the existence of unexplained letters at the start of some chapters, prove that it cannot be man-made, and therefore, must be divinely protected from change.
(15:9)
We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption).

One comment and one question...
1) The Holy Bible (God's word) is nothing like the Qu'ran.
2) What are the contradictions (Holy Bible) in which you speak? Please be specific.
Grace and God Bless!
Just a note...Were the Crusades wrong? Yes! The Spanish Inquisitions wrong? Yes!
Did you know that Islam was modeled after the Crusades? Fact: Muslims went through the Middle East and Northern Africa and did the same thing to Christians and Jews? They did..
Here something to ponder...The Crusades and Inquisition happened many hundreds of years ago...
What the radical Islamic terrorists are doing...they've been doing for centuries.
What's wrong with this picture?

When I was growing up Islam was a religion that I respected, and still do, because of it's kindness and respect for the laws. Now, I am angry that like Christianity it can be used to in slave its people. It's not Islam, it is the evil that works though all religions to destroy from within. Peace be with you.

Islam isn't an evil religion if it is then Christianity must be an evil one too. Just because of 9/11 doesn't mean it's evil it just happens that a lot of terrorist are muslims. But terrorist aren't only muslims, they come from every religion whether you want to believe that or not.

I agree with you that it depends on who is doing the teaching. People have done violence for centuries in the name of Christianity as well as Islam, though both claim to be peacefull religions. Saying God is behind what you're doing is a very powerful way for a leader to gain support from his or her followers, and any human with that kind of power is likely to abuse it.

If you truly believed these books were the word of god you'd be entirely justified in acting violently. Just like the Spanish inquisition and the Crusades were entirely justified by the bible. The only difference between Islam and Christianity is that Christianity has been tempered by sectarian influence for a longer period of time, resulting in more Christian 'moderates' - a term we use to denote those who don't really believe in their own scripture, and in many cases haven't even read it. Both of these texts absolutely advocate violence in no uncertain times.

Basically islam says that you should be peaceful, but if u need to defend yourself than do it. These "terrorists" dont know there religion and are making everyone hate peaceful muslims all over the world, that have done nothing wrong.

I like your question. Islam is not the problem, fanatic hatred is.
The Koran teaches love and brotherhood and Christ teaches love of God and each other ... straight to the core of both religions ... the contradictions in are there, but focus on the truths of these faiths.
Not evil. Osama Bin ' A--hole' was taught to hate when he was a child by his family and in his schools ... kids don't naturally hate ever , they have to be taught, in Saudi Arabian schools.
He doesn't want to live a world ( that God is in control of after all ) if he has to live with '"infidels" then Osama ... kill yourself and leave Gods children alone.
He has no faith in God. He is a disciple of the devil. Proven by his own a actions of abject stupidity and cruelty!
It's time for all, including Muslims, to speak out against him who knows nothing of God , but thinks he does.
Yours,
Jonnie

I can honestly say *every* Muslim I've met has been an incredible person. The idea that they are being taught violence is nonsense.
Americans like to think their hands are clean in the Middle East, but let me tell you, they are far from it. We have perpetrated real violence and economic violence in that region for years.
Everyone likes to just say 'Islam is violent', but that is simply because they don't want to acknowledge their own responsibility in that violence.
