I wanna know too! But, I think in general they smile a lot at you or when they see you, they help you out, are interested in what you have to say, compliment you a lot, give you eye contact or if they are shy look away and blush, they ask others about you, they joke around with you, stand close to you (look for pigeon toes), their pupils dialate (seriously, it's a scientific fact!!), touch you lightly, just "happen" to run into you a lot...etc... :)

Well for me they would start by talking to me and then they get to really know me and then they end up liking me.
They would either be looking or staring at you or they can be stalking you if they don't know you except your name. Also when they look at you and you are looking somewhere else and then maybe a couple seconds later you happen to look at that person, and that person looks away when ur eyes meet them then that its.
