I have a suggestion for the math program - if you "explore" the installation disk; there should be a folder within that contains the actual setup files for that program (not the flash player). Run the setup from that location instead of trying the autorun. Hope that works. I had to do that with a few different programs at work. :)

This is a trick I learned from a help rep.

1. In My Documents, create a new folder for one of the disks (example, Math-1).
2. Press down and hold the Shift key while you insert the CD. This will prevent it from running. Continue holding the Shift key down until all lights stop flashing.
3. double-click My Computer to open.
4. double-click the drive of the CD to open.
5. Click Edit, click Select All, click Copy
6. Open the folder you created, Math 1. Right-click and Paste.
Locate the setup.exe file and install from your hard drive.

Please let me know if it works for you. Good luck.

Lady, go to control panel, add remove soft ware. If you see the program that fails to work, uninstall it. Be sure to restart your computer.

Go to www.microsoft.com, update, and let this site update your system.

Go to downloads and look for active X, and install it.

Try installing the required software again. READ the screen carefully. Sometimes it directs you to look up to the top left of your screen and click on a icon to install what ever version of active X that is required.
