its best if you tell your future husband about this situation for his and your own protection. just think its an arranged marriage maybe he will decide not marry you. and you can arrange your own marriage to someone who loves you and accept you for who you are and what you have.

First of all, by what you said, it is not apparent whether or not you actually HAVE Hepatitis B. Hepatitis B surface antibodies (HbsAb) simply prove that you are immune to Hepatitis B. This immunity can be gained either through actually having Hep B, or by getting your Hep B shots. If your blood test shows that you have any Hepatitis B antigens then that indicates that you actually have the disease.

I'm a bit confused by the information you have given. If only the surface antibody was positive, then you do not have the disease, but do have protection against getting the disease. If you are trying to say that your surface antibody is positive and you have been shown to have a positive surface antigen, then yes you do have the disease and being positive for the surface antibody will not prevent you from giving the virus to someone else. You need to tell your future spouse about the virus so that they may get the vaccines and protect themself. Until your spouse is vaccinated, you need to use condoms to prevent transmission. Hep B is spread very easily through sex.

Hepatitis b antibodies means you were exposed to the virus from contact with bodily fluid or blood (sexual contact, blood transfusions, tattoos, piercings, etc.). You need further testing to see if you have the Hep B antigen. Many people who are exposed to the virus fight it off naturally, through their immune system, but you need the test to find out for sure. If you fought off the virus, and it has not turned into a chronic infection, then you will not pass it on to your spouse. Get more specific testing done, then talk to your future spouse. Passing it on may not even be an issue.

Arranged marriage? LAME. Just tell your "husband" you have hep B or whatever you do have. Theres vaccines for it. Quick fix.
Whats not easy to fix is gay arranged marriages.
