Hey I'm pretty sure its normal. I suffer from a moderate case of depression and when i feel like that i some times feel weird too. But just try to continue to feel that way and block out anything you think can disrupt your pleasant feeling. Maybe you can find a way to channel this feel with practice and feel better more often. This may be some kind of break through, so congratulations!!

It is normal to feel that way. Some days are good and some days are bad. I hope that soon you can feel that way all the time. Have you ever thought of keeping a journal to help release some of the tension? Sometimes it helps to vent either written or verbally.
Make the most of tonight. Play some music you like, dance, eat something you really like, enjoy a movie, whatever your heart's content.
Take care

I have bipolar disorder too and I cherish my "normal" days. I feel the full force of my mood swings because my doctor has agreed that it is safe for me to not be medicated and I actually do better without the stress of having to starve myself to not gain 30 pounds a month.

Yes it is. Trust that feeling - it is a good one.
Write down, i.e., journal what you are feeling and what your hopes are about this feeling.
Share your writings with your psychologist and psychiatrist.
They will help you get the needed medication to help you reach this feeling more often.
It is not easy living a bi-polar life. We are misunderstood by so many people who say we are the blame for our mood swings and resultant personalities. Find that central group of people who are willing to know you as you are and will live alongside you even though you are bi-polar.
Shalom!

I'm not bipolar, but I can assure you that for most people life is a roller coaster...a ride that goes up for a while and then descends for a while. It's 'normal' for most people to feel that way. Besides, society has always been the key element in deciding what is or is not 'normal'. The bad thing about that is, in my opinion, society doesn't have all the answers...usually they have very few answers.

Normal people have moods too. The only difference is they are not as extreme as someone with bipolar.
Also, Normal is a subjective term as the definition changes according to who is doing the answering.
BTW--Glad your having a good day (me 2 for once!)
