Yes, but not a causal conection. Snow White is loosly based on an ancient story. The number 7 was significant to the ancients because there are 7 'nonfixed' celestial objects; sun, moon, venus, mercury, mars, saturn, and jupiter
Both the 7 days of creation and the ancient story upon which snow white was loosely based have 7 in them for this reason.

Mary had a little Lamb does
Mary had a little lamb,
His fleece was white as snow.
And everywhere that Mary went,
The Lamb was sure to go.
He followed her to school each day,
T'wasn't even in the rule.
It made the children laugh and play,
to have a Lamb at school.
And then the rules all changed one day,
Illegal it became;
To bring the Lamb of God to school,
Or even speak His Name.
Every day got worse and worse,
And days turned into years.
Instead of hearing children laugh,
We heard gun shots and tears.
What must we do to stop the crime,
That's in our schools today?
Let's let the Lamb come back to school,
And teach our kids to pray!

No. If the dwarfs had been twelve you would have said the months are twelve, too. And if there had been four dwarfs, you'd have said they're as many as the seasons...
That kind of association is always possible. But it's always meaningless, too.

This is subject matter that extends into the Jungian categoriy of "collective consciousness" ... Jung may be found in a Psychology or Philosophy section of a library or bookstore ... but many consider him quite "spiritual" , as his scholarship was devoted to comparative religion in it's relation to psychology ... Occasionally Jung is catalogued in "Religion and Spirituality" and quite correctly so ...
I am rather amazed here at ya ... that a new breed of "false diletante" seems to be attempting to assert itself to "traject/dictate?" what questions belong in which categories ...
In honesty the subtle distinctions of nuance of one question belonging to "science", "philosophy" . and "religion" become quite "fuzzy" ... and I think often the criterion of the intent is best known to the asker ...
Spamandham's answer regarding the seven celestial bodies known to the ancients is quite accurate in regard to this question ... excellent topic in my opinion for you to have brought up for discussion as a comparative religion matter ...

The only possible reason for asking this is you are trying to disconvert people. Why? How does that benefit you?
Do you know what a "line" is?
