WRONG.. horribly wrong. 99.5 percent of all guys are shy..(Im in the .5 percent) and will -never- talk to a woman whom they think are attractive because they think they are "unworthy". Some guys generally fall into one category or the other, or switch between the two. You will generally have to make the first move, or when a guy makes the first move be very passive if he is not very confident. That way you'll avoid making him choke on his tongue, and avoid crushing his soul. (It's happened to my friends).

No, definitely not. Sometimes guys have to be show what they like for them to actually know. That's screwy, I know, but must guys really don't know what they want, they're the most indecisive beings on the planet. (sorry guys!)
