Christians have made Christianity a lot more difficult these days. There so much rules to follow just to show that one is a Christian. I don't think you're "bad for not being with God for a whole week or two". Seriously, you have to realize that your worship towards God is personal. You don't have to do what others are doing. God has freed you from all the legalities and religiosity of religion. Worship God whenever, wherever, and however you want.

There are many ways to serve God my friend, and reading the bible and praying are two of many. Talking with your friends about God is a way of spreading his word to his people, but never feel that keeping your grades up in college is bad. I feel each of us was put here for a purpose and when God feels the time is right he shows us the way. For all you know the classes you are taking could be his way of grooming you for one of his many purposes even if what you are taking doesn't seem that way to you. As long as you keep God in your heart, mind, and soul I feel he won't mind if you haven't read the bible or prayed to him on a regular. Think of it this way you pray to God everyday in most things you do daily. Everyone most likely says thank you to God each day for something. Keep doing what you are doing and as long as you keep your faith in him he will always be there for you. Good luck in your studies my friend.

No you are "bad", I mean we all have went periods of time without readin the bible of forgettin to pray and things like that.. God knows our hearts! Its great that you have a heart to want to pray everyday and read your word everyday... you are better off then ALOT of other people who call themselves Christians... beacause you desire to have a relationship with God and thats what He wants.
And you said " Are you bad for not being wit God for a whole week..." But God is ALWAYS with us and in us. He "never leaves you nor forsakes you..." So keep your head up and dont let the enemy (satan) put negative thoughts in your head like that... God sees your sincerity and loves it and YOU!!!

I'm not the most mature Christian, But I think that does happen once in a while. Just don't stay away too long. He is always happy when you come to him. God bless!<><

No you're not bad. We all have had lapses in the time we spend with God, and as Esther said we are the only ones that really suffer when we don't spend time with Him.
God says He would never leave us, nor forsake us. Continue to let the Lord use to speak of Him to your friends, but also remember that He is the author and finisher of our faith. Try to keep your relationship fresh & current though.

Absolutely not!! God knows that you are in college. He is helping you with college as we speak. Just talking about God with your friends means something. God knows you are faithful and understands that you are in college and are preparing yourself for your future. God is helping you to succeed so that you will be able to continue spreading the good God does.
You thinking about him is even more proof that God still is, and always will be with you.

I don't think you are bad for not being with God for some time.
God is not a dictator who wants your sole attention. Isn't it in the bible that you should give the Emperor what is due to him? Meaning that you should fulfill your earthly duties just as well.

You have not been with God in a whole week or two?!?!?!?!
Is it possible to be out of God's presence for even a moment?
If so, please let me know how you managed it.
I have some "questionable" stuff I'd like to do, and would just as soon, You-Know-Who doesn't get wind of it.

The only one who is robbed when we don't spend closed time with God is us. He is there for us, and our walk with Him is as close as we choose it to be.
He loves you and loves hearing your prayers, hearing how your day was, what's on your mind, seeing you study His word. You are not going to hell because you didn't read the bible for a week!
