Are you sure about that date of birth? I did a search and found a man by this name living in South Dakota, stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base. This man has a different birth year though.
I am not going to put his personal information on this public forum, but if you enable the e-mail option, I will send it to you, or you can email me through my profile and tell me where to send the info.
The person that posted before me sent me a private email and kind of scolded me for helping this person. I sent them the information they needed in a private email without broadcasting it on here and thought that would be ok. I thought that is what Yahoo answeres is all about, helping others.

He's stationed at ELLSWORTH AFB, SD. He; however, was born in 1979 according to Department of Defense records. You can use this

I would guess if he wanted you to know, he would tell you.
Telephone, cell phones, emails, mail, friends & etc - lots of ways to contact you if he wanted to.
Sorry! I am a very private person - I do not allow my telephone number but to 12 people. I do not want them to share that information & maybe he is the same.
