ok, i like this guy. i'll bet my life he likes me back. I asked him out but he wasn't able to go to the place. we just started to talk and stuff this past week. when should i ask him to homecoming, or should he ask me?????

Casually slip it into a convo that you don't hav a date for homecoming and that you really want one. Giv him a couple days/week or so. If he doesn't make a move, find out if he has a date and if not let him know that you would really like to go with him.

Ask him if he has a date if he does not tell him that you would love to go with him the guy will feel flatter and he may feel pressure to ask you out so take the pressure off him and ask him - good luck
