i read some internet sources already that i have to mail it to kentuky. but the problem is there might be no time for it to process because ill be going again next month. i want to know if i can just directly give it back when i visit again in the U.S this coming october. because when i mail it, it might not get process right away. pls help... thank u so much.

Don't worry. This happens often, and is no big deal.
You can turn it in at the nearest US embassy or consulate, or when you enter the US for your next visit. If your home country stamps your passport when you arrive, that is evidence enough of when you left the US; just show it to the CBP officer that you give the I-94 to. If they don't, then show him/her your old boarding pass, too.

i think you should call the US embassy in your home country and they will resolve it in a nice way other than that it may be hard for you to explain it at the point of entry next month.

next time you come back in the us. they will check it at the border and take the old one. If all your paper are ok to reinter in the us they will ask you more question than usual and take your old I94 in order to issue you in new one if of course you deserve a new one.
