Benadryl works really good, but it makes you really tired. Claritin-D is also a good choice and doesn't make you tired, but it's a little more expensive. Both are available without a prescription, but depending on the state you live in, they may keep them behind the counter at the pharmacy because they limit the amount of boxes you can buy.

I don't know what you are allergic to-expose yourself less to what causes allergy-in my case dust so I have Ionic Breeze-cleans the air and cuts down on dust and so on-also had my house vents cleaned, sanitized. Try 1000mg of Vitamin C-prefer those with Bioflavenoids or Rose Hips but any will do for now , take 1000mg every 1hour until runny nose and sneezing gets much better-do not exceed more than 2 days and no more than 6 1000mg pills per day. Will not hurt you for the Vitamin C does not build up in your system and excess goes out with urine. Go to your local health food store I'm sure you'll find allergy helping products there that are safer than the over counter products.

There are lots of medications that will help with the symptoms-- both over the counter and prescription.
Allergy shots are another option....I just finished a FOUR YEAR course of allergy shots and I still have symptoms...maybe not as bad as before but still noticable.
If you know what you are allergic to....AVOID IT....maybe moving to a different environment would help...someplace dry like the desert southwest.

You can't but you can control your allergies use
herbs like Breath Easy, Flu tea, Skull Cap tea

Avoid allergens, use antihistamines where necessay and there are some program running desensitizing clinics where they give gradual doses of the allergens to get rid of allergy and making the person non allergic to allergic substance.

When I'm really suffering, I get in my car and drive until I can breathe. Of course, I have to end up coming back home. It's a problem. Allegra is a great drug, although it's expensive without good insurance.

Probably not going to happen. If you are allergic sometimes antihystamines will help. Go to your doctor before taking anything and get whatever tests you need to make sure you are really attacking the cause of the problem.

Your immune system is in a state of collapse. The immune function can be restores and maintained. I work with the company who pioneered the latest science, which is having remarkable results.
It is probably the fastest way to go about addressing allergies, but be aware that we are not talking a matter of days here. Our system works faster for some than for others, we are all different.
Contact me if you want some information or a quick chat about it, I don't charge for helping people.
