When it comes down to it, your friend may like you, but if he is a really good friend, tread cautiously, you don't want ruin a friendship with assumptions.

I don't think he likes you. It's just kind of like "you're dumb" "oh yeah ur mom's dumb" type of thing. If there are other signs besides this then maybe but otherwise i wouldn't read too much into it.
