Don't get overly concerned about your weight. Think more about being healthy and looking good. You can lose that much but it is not normally healthy to do so. You may not even have that much to lose. Here's how you do it.

Burn more calories than you eat. Take in about 2000 a day.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it).

Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning).

Do 20 min of weight training three times a week.

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

Be Blessed

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Drugs might do the trick, but it would be extremely unhealthy. The only people who can lose so much weight so quickly without drugs are usually people who are extremely obese (500+ lbs). They can lose it that fast because they have so much water weight (everyone has it, it's the weight that quickly drops when you start a diet, but bigger folks have far more). Also it takes an enormous amount of calories to sustain a body that large and a large amount of calories are burned when a person that big moves. So very fat people can drop weight quickly simply by cutting down a bit on food and walking a few extra paces a day.

If you're not mega-obese don't aim to lose weight so fast. Weight that is lost rapidly is easily re-gained.

Healthy weight loss varies from person to person, depending on the amount of weight needed to lose to achieve a healthy weight. However, 25 lbs is a bit excessive. For the first 2-3 weeks of a weight loss plan, loss of 3-5 pounds a week is common but after that, it will slow down to about 1-2 pounds a week. This is important so that your body doesn't think it's starving and start slowing your metabolism.

This is a diet heart patients use when they need to lose weight really fast cause they need to have surgery, but only stay on it for about 2 to 3 weeks. On three days and off four but eat sensible for the four days. Drink water in between meals. You have to eat and drink all of it for it to work!It is something about the way the chemicals in the food react with each other.I am on it right now for the USCG.It is suppose to be almost 10 pounds in one week if you do it right.Don't stay on it longer than two weeks if you don't have to.

I depends on your weight and fitness level. When you start losing weight it comes off fast then slows dramatically. If you do a lot of physical training and dieting it's possible to lose alot of weight quickly but it's dangerous. I once lost 9lbs in a week.

I did it, but it was due to stress and duress because my ex wife had cheated on me. I do not recommend dropping that much weight at that rate, it is very unhealthy. It can cause you more problems that being overweight.

Yup. I lost 7lbs in one day. Prob way to fast though, but drinking a lot of water and liquids help. Starving yourself isn't really good, because it's not good for you, and your body actually retains more food/fat because it doesn't know when it is going to get more.

I don't think everyone can, but some people can, if they are overweight enough. I saw that on "The Biggest Loser" but, those people did nothing but exercise all day. they didn't have jobs at that time.
