Not sure it may actually help. It is good for the skin, so, it sure not hurt to try. May even try opening one and mixing it in with the Shampoo when you wash your hair.

i don't think so...though i am not a doctor...this is not true ...I know that vitamin is good for the skin...but as we get older out supplements in our body decreases...there is not enough vitamins or minerals that would protect from falling ...just accept the reality that you are getting old....besides bald is beautiful...right? but if you really want to avoid that ...try this aloe vera...I try this..put the juice of aloe vera onto your scalp just like a shampoo and leave it there for 10 to 15 minutes...the longer the better....after a few weeks of doing this...you will notice that your hair will be thicker and really healthy....

I believe that is correct.
Also it is known you can loose hair by being underweight.
If you weight is "normal", start taking a multi-vitamin.

Only if you're not getting enough B-12 in
your diet. Too much B-12 can have the reverse effect!
