In a interview, you definitely want to sell yourself. You want to talk about your past accomplishment in that Field(or any), But try to stay focused on the position your trying to obtain. You would like to appear very interested in the company(do a little back ground check open the company). You never want to ask about the pay, unless you have been offered a job. You also don't want to bring up anything negative that would affect you obtaining the position. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this is in regard to a preschool admission interview?

Then be confidant of yourself and your child. Do not overshow your pampering neither show your over discipline. just be normal and open. Ask your kid to sit first, if he accompany you.
dont give specific detail of what you want your child to be. just give general thing like, you will help me grow as per his aptitude and he should be a good human being first. dont be too idilistic and materialistic be balanced.
However i dont think they decide on the basis of interview. They decide
on : your pocket, on how keen you are in educating your child, means he will not bring a bad name to school and how easy and smart you are to deal with. remember they dont want fussy parents.
