Are there any foods, herbs, etc. that will help my dreams become more intense? I would like to have an awakening. I'd prefer a substance that is actually legal. Thanks!

Look up Lucid Dreaming.

you have to be so very careful of what you take, pot, beer and stuff like that will put you in a depressive sleep that doesn't even ALLOW you to dream until you come out of it. Only then can you have REM sleep when you "wake up enough" to get to a light sleep.

Well I dont know of any foods, but sometimes if you just think about it, like a whole scene, you usually end up with a very intense dream. But dont try it once, and if it doesn't work dont try it again, just do it more than once. It can't hurt now can it? nope! There are some chinese herbs i heard of once on some show i was watching, i think it was for something kinda liek viagra though.

Benedryl does it from me. Its used for allergies but one of its side effects are drowsiness. Thus its used to induce sleep. Everytime I take it after a night shift it gives me vivid dreams and occasionally sleep paralysis.

Its in a lot of over-the-counter sleep preparations. Only take whats directed. If too much is taken you will get the opposite effect. Its non addicting.

Smell Angelica Root oil. Don't use it, just sniff it a few times before going to bed. My wife and I both do and it gives very vivid dreams. It's legal, just hard to come by. And a little expensive, but a small bottle will last a long, long time.

This is going to sound crazy but Nicotine patches will have you dreaming all nite long. I tried to quite smoking and put a patch on, and I had more dreams some not so fun all night long, every nite.
My niece put one on, she didn't believe me, and in the middle of the night she woke up screaming take it off. I said, I told you.

There are "dream pillows" you can make with certain herbs in them that you put inside your pillowcase. Herbs such as lavender, jasmine and sage to name a few are used frequently. Remeber, you do dream every night, but you may not always remember them.

I totally agree with the cheese but make it blue cheese or goat cheese with red wine. I dont know what causes it but it happens every time.

Also check out mushrooms that are not at your local supermarket, they are suppose to change your personallity and make you a calmer person.

yeah nicotine patches. i'm getting bright goals too and trst me wayyy extra snarled than yours. i do no longer likely be attentive to why human beings get bright goals different than that perhaps you merely extra attuned on your goals than others. some human beings do no longer dream in any respect. you merely on a deeper point than some. no longer down any similarity between goals...getting shot relatively contained in the back would mean you sense like a freind is 'stabbing you contained in the back'
