You sound as if you are in a serious depression. To let your body get that nasty is sickening. You definitely need some mental help. How can you stand the smell of yourself. I am Bipolar and shower in the morning and the evening. You can take a shower if you really wanted to. What are you going to tell us next that you are way overweight and that is your excuse for not taking a bath or a shower? What you are doing is so very unhealthy that the thought of it just makes me sick. Take a shower and wash your hair MAKE YOURSELF DO IT. If you are a female I can only imagine what your female parts must smell like. Take a bath before you get scurvy or something worse.

do you wash your hands? if you do then you shouldn't have a problem with using a wet washcloth and then rinsing it. Using hot water, run the washcloth underneath the faucet until it is soaked. Wring it out and then gently scrub on one section at a time of your body (including your face, though there are some cold cream cleansers that you only have to wipe off that you could try or the anti-bacterial wipes.), rinsing the washcloth in between. Don't forget to use soap. and when you are done just towel off what is left of the soap or water. there shouldn't be much. Do the same with your hair slowly adding more water until it is wet, and then rub shampoo in.have someone help you rinse the shampoo out with your head over a bowl so that your face and hands don't get any wetter.

There is an organisation in Australia / America / Ireland /New Zealand called GROW that can help you with this issue, it is a 12 step program, which is non-denominational and works on a first name basis, where you can attend meetings and observe the program without getting involved, whilst you assess if it is for you.
In most countries you can obtain info. about where meetings are held (and there are hundreds) from Community health Dept.
In America I think the head office is in Champaine / Illinois and they will send you pamplets if you wish. They deal with mental health issues, Drug & Alcohol problems, along with all kinds of
phobias and obsessive behaviours. At least try, the program works if you work the program. Good luck!...

Are you afraid of the water? Sounds like a phobia that can be helped with some treatment (therapy + meds). In the meantime, hospitals use waterless baths all the time for their patients. They're like a giant baby wipe you wipe all over yourself to clean. In terms of the hair, baby powder can soak up oil. I'd get to a doctor for help with the phobia ASAP, though.

Bathe in mud and then scrape it off!
It works well!
I like water, however, so I prefer to bathe in water.
