Baby you need to get all up in his life. Like me for example, if a girl likes me DON'T EVER come and tell me, what to do is do things, walk pass him smile, dilerately bend overe righ tin front of him. Play like you talking to someone on ya cell, and get next to him and say yeah I want to go to the movies but I don't have a man. Trust me he's gonna start getting the picture. What you want him to do is approach you.
BUT you MUST get around him, get in his life, if his family having a dinner, get there sit by him, don't say a word just be there, keep doing this and he's going to get so adjusted to you, that'll he'll ask you out and you can take it from there.
TIP - Don't never tell a guy how you really feel, however do it like this, do things that'll make him get the wibe that you inta him.

Use direct eye contact and make sure he has your undivided attention. Open the lines of communication and tell him how you feel. If you don't, then think about what you might have missed out on.
