I'm currently taking trigonometry for my senior year and althought i've spent hours studying and practicing with the excercise questions. the funny thing is, i get most of the answers on the right from the excercises but i did terrible when it comes to the in class quizzes (most of the test score falls between the range of 70 - 80). i am very disappointed at myself and wondering if there's any web site which offer free online tutor so i can pull up my score. i'm doing excellent in all my other classes except for trigonometry, i really need the straight a's to get me into a good college. please someone help me? :[

Ok, I wish I could actually help you with the math itself but I can't, I had a hard time with Geometry. I found a website that maybe able to help though.

Hope this helps:

Hmmm, since this is the homeschool section, I'm going to assume you are homeschooled, so my suggestion is to talk to your mom. Most homeschool advanced math books have detailed solutions guides included in the teacher's manual, not only for daily homework, but also for quizzes and test. Several come with altermative quizzes and tests, so you can practice some either before a test for a grade, or after for additional practice.
so, I bet if you take the time to sit down and discuss this with your mom (I'm sure she's already aware of the difference in your daily homework grades and your quiz grades) I'm sure she would be willing to go over the quizzes with you and practice with the alternative quizzes.
also, if you belong to a support group or co-op, I'm sure there is someone either in those groups that can help you with additional help or someone can refer you to a good tutor.
Good luck and don't forget to include your mom. That's what homeschooling is all about: teamwork.

sorry to say with math practice makes perfect, and best thing you can do is not just so the recommended homework assignment but do all the problems in the book as you go. as well you know with math dont miss a beat cause once your behind its a real pain to get caught back up
online help is gonna do the same for you as reading and doing all the problems in the book the best thing you need is someone who really knows the stuff to tutor you face to face
i had the best calculus teacher ever, and anytime i was getting astray i would say hey wait a sec i dont get why this problem worked that way whats with this step here and he explained it all
so try that too dont be shy about stopping your teacher when your not sure where he;s going in a step

in case you will evaluate something as previous formed as a e book, you will do properly to examine The artwork of Dramatic Writing, via Lajos Egris. Writing for any medium, point, television, video clips breaks right down to a pair particularly person-friendly concepts. Egris's e book is universally famous via sturdy writers. i detect it exciting, and that i think indicative of the cases, which you would be finding in basic terms on the information superhighway for solutions. Books nevertheless artwork merely nice. and you do no longer would desire to pay for cable and electricity.
