From what I understand the "good news" is Christianity. Christianity is a religion not a belief in God. The "indians" were spiritual people and if they worshipped a spirit who they thought was supreme would that not be God? Just because we can't find a record that says the indians worshipped the Christian Almighty God does not mean they did not worship God and so, if they did they would be in Heaven without hearing the "good news."

In my opinion, which doesn't really count, is that those who are not given the oppurtunity to know Christ will be given that oppurtunity when they die. There are so many people even today that have never been introduced to the Gospel and God is a merciful God, I believe that if we are on our death bed and we've never known Him He comes to us right then and asks us to believe.
