Ok, so theres this guy...
but i cant have him.
he is two years older than me, and he has a girlfriend.
I know these feelings are not completly one sided.
But i dont want to be the girl that breaks him and her up, well becasue thats just disrespectful, and very wrong. he is also one of my greatest friends, so i see him all the time, even though i have never met her.
does anyone have any advice on how to put my feelings on hold, or to numb them, or something along those lines so i can stop wanting him so much.
help?

You can try stop seeing him for a while, distance can help forget those feelings..if it's meant to be the two of you would get back in contact and can become more than friends and he'll leave her of course..if it's not meant to be you'll find someone else...It all depends if you two are meant for each other!

wow I am going through the exact same situation except with a girl not a guy the best thing to do is just try and be happy with waiting or try and find someone new Im not saying completley move on but just put him on the back burner so to speak and let him no that there is still somthing there just incase he comes around

keep yourself busy with other interests and try to not spend alot of time with him
hopefully he will miss your company so much that he will realise it is you he wants to be with.

Just accept that it won't happen and until you can do this maybe you shouldn't see him for a while.

Get yourself a boyfriend...that way you can tell him stuff about your S.O. too...see if it makes him jealous...then you'll know.
