i am completely in love with this girl and she sort of likes me. Everyday i see her and i go crazy. If i see her talking to another guy i get pissed. When i get home i cant stop thinking of her. Should i just go up to her out of nowhere and ask her out.

You've basically got two options;
1) Stand by and let other guys talk to her and ask her out.
2) Approach her and tell her you've been admiring her from a distance and would like to get to know her better.
Either she'll accept your offer or tell you to pound sand. If you end up walking the beach on your own be glad you didn't waste too much time worrying about others talking to her and move on to someone who does find you attractive and interesting.

You are not in love with her, you are infatuated. There is a difference.
You do not have the right to be angry if she talks to other guys - you do not own her. Even if you were dating, you still do not own her.
Maybe you should grow up a little bit and then maybe ask her out. Right now you sound too immature and insecure to risk a relationship with.

Don't let yourself get crazy. By all means, ask her out. If she says no, then you can start getting over her and go find someone else.

Dont do it out of "nowhere"... .get to know her. Start talking to her, show her you like her... see if she shows it back.....and THEN ask her out. If you do not take chances, you block off all chances of happiness with someone.

If she "sort of likes" you, then I imagine that the two of you have frequent conversations. Ask her out for coffee sometime and see if she is really interested.

yeah, go talk to her bud... you will never know what could happen if you dont at least ask... i can bet she is not going to come knocking on your door because she does not even know you like her... you know what she may even say no... but who cares, you build up some courage to go ask out the next gal that tickles your fancy...

How well do you know her? If you don't know her very well, I would work up to asking her out. She'll be more likely to say yes if she feels comfortable around you.

start by talking to her a bit then ask her if she would like to hang out and after hanging out a few times, tell her you like her and you want to spend some more time with her
