There is a Christian Prayer called 'Hail Mary' that has a line that says "blessed be the fruit of thy womb, Jesus". It is difficult to comprehend the meaning of this phrase. It sounds as ridiculous but similar to "sacred be the vegetable of thy anus, Jehovah". What does it mean? Fruit is slang for homosexual and some slang can have very ancient and cross cultural roots. The gnostic Christians of the 1st century sometimes portryed Jesus as a homosexual. So does it mean JC was gay? Or does it mean that Mary's womb really did spit out primary produce...."Here comes a watermelon", or does it mean something else. Please delve into your magic oracle Bible oh sacred flock of faithful sheep and spin me out a righteous answer. Hallelejuah

The "question" contains gross distortions about the bible and true Christianity. Here are a few Scriptural thoughts to consider:

(Romans 16:17) Keep your eye on those who cause divisions and occasions for stumbling contrary to the teaching that you have learned, and avoid them.

(2 Corinthians 4:4-6) The god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers

(Philippians 2:14-15) In among a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you are shining as illuminators in the world

(1 Timothy 6:3-5) If any man teaches other doctrine and does not assent to healthful words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ, nor to the teaching that accords with godly devotion, he is puffed up with pride, not understanding anything, but being mentally diseased over questionings and debates about words. From these things spring envy, strife, abusive speeches, wicked suspicions, violent disputes about trifles on the part of men corrupted in mind and despoiled of the truth

Fruit in this case obviously does not mean apples, oranges, or homosexual. The language of the bible speaks like this,'Be fruitfull and multiply' In today's language that is translated HAVE SEX AND RAISE KIDS. That command still goes today for married people only, because it takes a man and a woman to come close to doing it right today.

When that prayer was created the religious people did not talk or think like the public does today.

I am answering this as if it was asked by an honest person seeking an answer, and not some smart alick

I can't believe I'm even answering this sacrilegious drivel but anyway....
The woman produces the "seed" you know the birds and the bees stuff... eggs, sperm and all. It would make sense then that a child in the womb is the "fruit" produced from that seed.
The term "fruit" when used for gays is a modern century sort of thing.

Really you can't be serious about this. There is also fruit of the loom , are you speculating about that too? "Here comes a watermelon " is one I had never heard! There are as many understandings of the phrases found in holy books as there are people who read them. The understanding is based on the level of faith you have in your own religious group.. Regardless of which one it is.

He kissed a man, hung out with a bunch of guys, never had relations with a woman, and never married. One would tend to think of homosexuality as a possibility.

Jesus lived with 13 men, day and night. He was not seen in the company of women, except for Mary Mag. Now if he were your neighbor today, what would you think??? More power to him!
