I have a crush on a gay guy..he found out I liked him and he confronted me about it and we decided to be friends..he said it would be ok if we hung out sometime( like a movie or something) so I asked him when we can go and he said he's busy but he' ll see when we can go..that was a week ago..I asked him tonight and he still didn't check..I told him that i feel like I am thew only one that wants to be friends and he said it's not that he doesn't want to be friends, he's just busy.. I don't want to chase him away by constantly asking him and I don't want to make him mad at me, but I REALLY WANT TO GO!! I want to go soo bad! what should I do??

I imagine he has a job and perhaps a gay partner. That can keep a person of any gender and orientation quite busy. Even if you are friends, you come after those other things.

You may have to find a fellow to whom you can be more important.

This is a gay guy who said he only wants to be friends and then gives you the run around when you want to go to a movie (which kind of seems like you are trying to trick him into a date). Does he have to spell it out? He is not interested in having you as a close friend, he wants to be friendly and not upset you, but he does not want to be your best friend.

Eeeee! This sounds like a really messed up situation. You are freaking yourself out and you are freaking him out. Chill out! He is not a celebrity and you are acting like he is some kind of superstar. He was probably flattered bu your crush but now I think he is weirded out by the fact that you want to hang out so badly but don't know him as a person. Back way off. If you still want to hang out with him in a couple of weeks CASUALLY call him up and invite him out. If he doesn't want to, find some real friends, find a guy who would actually want to date you, someone you don't have to put up on an unattainable pedestal.

I think that he told you the half truth. He probably wants you to back off a little bit, and then you guys can go out as friends without pressure. Meanwhile, find another friend to go with you to the movie.

It sounds like he is your only friend. Stop sweating him. He's just a friend. You seem like you are trying to push up on him and make him more than just a friend when it's obvious he's not into girls. You wouldn't be acting this way if you weren't into him in that way.
