i have fun moments whenever im around her...she likes me already... i think she's the perfect girl for me...how can i get her to love me?

You can not make someone love you, nor can you make yourself love some one else. It's simple really, and it all has to do with timing, but don't wait forever, because it just doesnt work like that. Wait a moment that you could see yourself reliving over and over in your head because it was just that good, and tell her you want to spend more time with her, in a more intament way. That you want to get to know her better.. don't say it the way I said it, it sounds like you want to get in her pants... but seriously just tell her what you feel for her.. but not all at once cause it gives the girl a headrush and may make her insane. Let it out slow.. but just.. not too slow.

Let her to start knowing you, ask if she would like to go for an ice cream, or to go to the movie,or you can start talking in the Internet, get the mess anger, and start chat on line, sometimes is better that way, so if you get nervous she won't see your face, and you can find out more about her by chatting

Get to know her better. Is she seeing someone? What is her perception on dating (you of course have to devise a way to ask without getting her very suspicious). Ask her politely. If she likes you enough, she will say yes.

Slowly ask her if she likes anyone, and if she does ask who, then ask her if she would be interested in going out with you!Don't show hurt if she says no (at least not in front of her).If she hangs out with you and yall have a good time you have a pretty good chance!

buy her flowers.. get her cards... candy... and just treat her like an angle!!! Treat her like she means everything to you! Take her out! Buy her nice things! When u take her out and she looks at something she likes buy it for her! Call her just to see how she is doing! And when u think the time is right.. tell her u love her!
