Write down all of your good qualities. Write down everytime someone else pays you a compliment.
Everytime you stand in front of the mirror remind yourself of those qualities.

Low self esteem? If you think you have a big problem why not go with a psychologist, maybe he can help you? You can do that, or do it by yourself. How? Just think about positive stuff you've done. I have news for you, no one is perfect, and no one is happy all the time, everyone has problems, some people have problems but hide them. My advice grow some confidence, attack what causes your self esteem, don't worry things will get better, if you set your mind on it you will acomplish it.

Don`t let anyone make you feel bad about yourself. Remember every person is unique and special in Gods eyes. Dedicate time for yourself..buy new clothes, do some exercise, and most important look at the inner you and see what a beautiful person you are. Sometimes we feel so bad about ourselves but when we see people who have no hope at all...like the ones dying in hospitals due to a terminal sickness that has no cure, children that are abandoned or abused..yet they want to keep on living and turn to the rest of the human society to help them. If it`s really serious then don`t be ashamed or embarrassed to look for professional help.

Try volunteering. Get involved in something that will get you out meeting people. Animal shelters always need volunteers and animals are therapeutic.

It'll give you the idea of power, and finding the oomph behind what you need.

1)avoid all of my exes, they will all bring you down even worse! :)
2)exercise, exercise, exercise...it gets all the good stuff flowing
3)eat right, its makes you feel better.
4)listen to tylenol, take 2 and keep out of the reach of small children :)
