In the end it will be all about how you're feeling in that moment. If you think you're ready to have sex with him, and he's ready to have sex with you, then do it. However, you have to understand that having sex will have consequences. Use protection if you do. Also, if you think you're going to have a serious relationship with this guy, then you might want to think about the effect having sex with him will have on the relationship. Are you sure that he's not going to just have sex with you and then never talk to you again? Be careful...and for the love of Pete use a condom. Good luck.

Don;t have sex after the first make-out. If you do, he'll know you are easy and perhaps think less of you for going so far so quick. Take it nice and slow and build to that glorious sexual moment. Don't be pressured to do more than you want to do.
