Well, you survived the first date, so hopefully you know a little bit about what she likes or dislikes. Do you have any interests in common that you can pursue together? Do young people still go to movies? Study dates may be practical. Good luck.

It would help to know what you did on your first date, skater. Being a girl, I just liked spending time with my guy. I had cool parents that would let us go watch movies together in the basement. Mom would bring down snacks and we had other friends to hang with too. That may not work for you. Talk to her, see what you have in common. Maybe a stock car race, or a bull riding, or skating, play pool somewhere, or bowling. It would help too, if we knew if you live in a big town, city or rural area... Best of luck sweetie. Take her to a nice restaurant and have a nice time.
Since you're 16, don't try to impress her too much by taking her to an expensive place you know you won't be able to afford next time.
Something like Red Lobster, Olive Garden, or even TGI Fridays is a nice and affordable place for a second date.

Maybe you could take her for a nice picnic at the park, or you could take her to an amusment park. You didn't say where you lived so it's hard to make a decision as to what to do anyway Good Luck.
