This actually was a deeper and more interesting question than that to which some caught on. What if, indeed? Of course, sin or lack of it all originates from the heart, and no one can control one's thought life or motives (which can *definitely* be sinful-- by several Scriptural definitions). Also, repentance of sin and receiving and making Messiah Y’shua Lord is all that will save you from eternal death and separation from God-- not just someone's ability to tie your hands behind your back. Works alone do not regenerate your spirit or your nature.
Again, interesting question-- hope it was serious. ;)

This is a good question to demonstrate the danger of blurring the lines between church and state. Because ultimately "sin" is in the eye of the beholder, and what you consider sinful may not be somthing another person would. And, in a free state, the requirments of any single religion cannot be imposed against people. I know you your next argument...but consider the Taliban. here is a prime example of what can happen when the state attempts to impose religious requirements on the population. Ultimately, it is the individual and his personal relationship with God that will determine his reward in the afterlife. it the state intervenes, the state chooses to stand between the believer and his creator in matters of faith...I wonder how God would reward such people? Probably not what they would expect...

Well. lets see. every single individual in this entire world is a naturally born sinner. and when we do die in Christ and no longer live in sin. we are still sinners you can't take sin out of anyone. So thats impossible. buuuuut. if it was possible. it would be Heaven on earth. Not allowing anyone to sin. hmmmmm. how on earth would you stop that. put them in gaol, hmmmmm, how hecitc. Good question though, give you that. ! :)

And just who would decide what sin was? You cant make people do what is right..that is what free will is. It is up to the individual person to live out their life in their own way.

It can't be done, you are born in sin from the womb. Only faith in the ransom sacrifice of Christ Jesus and doing the will of Jehovah God brings forgiveness of sin, it's the only way, there is no other.

The hardest part - defining what is a sin, and what is not.
Even within very structured theologies, there is disagreement.

There's no way. Anyway, no one can earn their way into Heaven. Grace is not granted through works, it's a gift.
