I had previously downloaded iTunes 7 i erased it and downloaded iTunes 6 now it doesnt wanna open it says "iTunes.itl cant be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes" What do i do?

Upgrade to itunes 7 or google the file iTunes.itl and download it. Not sure of where you can get it though.

On Mac OSX there are files named - receipt
If you erase the receipts for iTunes you will be able to install version 6.
You'll probably find that all your playlists are gone. Unless you have your library on an iPod you will have to recreate all these.

First uninstalll any versions of iTunes you have on your PC. Next, go into C:/Program Files and delete the folder iTunes. Then reinstall.

delete it and get 7 again
